Peter M. Neumann is a Toronto-based lawyer providing legal advice to clients focusing on employment law issues in Ontario.  Mr. Neumann is also a Senior Editor at Lancaster House Publishing – Canada’s leading publisher of information on labour, employment and human rights law serving the needs of employees, employers, professional organizations, unions, management and legal practitioners in Canada.  He is the lead author of Lancaster House’s eText on Wrongful Dismissal and Employment Law, published by the Canadian Legal Information Institute  (CanLII). A graduate of the University of Toronto, Mechanical Engineering (1984) and Dalhousie Law School (1994) (Schulich School of Law), Mr. Neumann was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Before starting his own practice and assuming his current role with Lancaster House, Mr. Neumann practised litigation for 10 years as an associate and income partner in the Toronto office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP.
