Peter Neumann, B.A.Sc., LL.B. is a Toronto-based barrister and solicitor whose current practice focuses on employment law. Mr. Neumann is also a Senior Consulting Editor at Lancaster House Publishing – Canada’s leading publisher of information on labour, and employment and human rights law serving the needs of employees, employers, professional organizations, unions, management and legal practitioners in Canada – and the lead author of Lancaster House’s eText on Wrongful Dismissal and Employment Law, available through CanLII . A graduate of Dalhousie Law School, Mr. Neumann was called to the Ontario Bar in 1996. Before starting his own practice and assuming his current role with Lancaster House, Mr. Neumann practised litigation for a number of years as an associate and partner in the Toronto office of McCarthy Tétrault LLP.
